If you haven't heard of STE, it is to Street Legal Racing Redline what BeamNG is to Rigs of Rods: a vastly improved, modernized version of an old freeware classic. Only this is better, because it features in-depth performance tuning and bajillions of parts and stuff! And it's only 18% of the way to happening. So that's where you should come in. Pre-order yours here:

There will be online multiplayer, so we'll all play it together and life will be good. Give them money now and don't be sad later!

I may have to put some money up. I did it with Automation and that was money well spent.

I haven't yet, but I'm going to closer to the end. I just want to see how high it gets before I shell out the extra money for Beta access if it won't be any good in that stage.

Ah that makes sense. I've already got my fingers in a few pots like this (Drift Stage, Automation) so I only put in at the lowest. I tried their previous game which was… interesting. To their credit, standards have risen extraordinarily since 2002, and it actually made me want to contribute more since I wanted to see what they could do with more experience and cash. I really like the idea, I just hope it's actually playable unlike SLR.

Yeah, SLRR is the buggiest thing ever. I'd like to be able to play this new one until I tell it that I'm done. I don't want it to decide that for me.
